>Lionardo so eloquently stated:

As a side note, I'm generally on the authenticity side of things but
I'm always interested in anyone's recipes, even if you only feel they
are period in style or just happen to find them great for SCA feast.
So there are more than a few of us out here who do not post often, but
are always willing to get what we can from the group. So please feel
free to POST THOSE RECIPES!!! And let me know if anyone gets too nasty
with ya'll about it. I'll be happy to let those folks know that some
of us appreciate the donations and that sharing and caring is what
this group is all about. :-)

*******

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE continue to post! I guess this brings us back
full circle to one of the initial discussions we had on this list about
"creative cooking" in the current Middle Ages. I am one who finds it
difficult not to be creative when I'm cooking. I NEVER let a recipe get in
the way of a good dish! But, it has been fun trying to figure out what the
heck they were doing (sparrow brains?!?!?!)

BTW, I will have a goodly supply of crabapples later this summer, and
will be attempting to make verjuice.

If anyone has the recipe - Please Post! I will share, all you folks from
BMDL!

Magdalene
