SC - Game pies

Hi folks!  I have just recently joined this list and am enjoying it.

After reading and lurking here for a bit, I think I have something I would
like to get everybody's help and suggestions on.

I am getting married Dec 20, 1997.(second marriage, Seattle, Washington)
We would like to serve a feast of sorts for the reception  for about 70
people.  Had thought of doing some sort of Roast and some roast chicken
(thought it may be easy to do) - but don't really have any great ideas or
recipies - or ideas of what else to serve.  My daughter had Roast Beef
with a pepper sauce at a Renn Fair and loved, but can't find the pepper
sauce recipie.

So - Ideas and recepies much appreciated!!!
