Greetings,
Can you put up any of the recipes for candying the flowers?
I would be interested in having a look at the process.
The only technique I know now is to dip the flowers in beaten egg whites,
then into sugar, and then dry them. While this is effective it isn't
aesthetically pleasing to me.
Any help would be appreciated.
