What?  You mean you're actually disclosing to people what it is that they're 
about to eat, before they try it?  Didn't your mother (and generations <g> 
of SCA cooks before you) teach you better than that?

You just need to move farther south to find your taste-testers, that's all. 
 I'd be willing to lay odds that whatever that is, they're still eating it 
in New Orleans.
