Julleran,

>> He says that the first cookbook printed on a printing press was
Kuchenmeisterey (Cooking Mastery) printed in Nuremberg in 1485 and that
56 editions of this book were printed. Has anyone heard of it? Is it
available in English Translation?<<

I have heard of it and would dearly love to have a facsimile of it. I
don't know if it is in English, it may be the next one Mistress Caterina
von Schilling is going to work on. I want to translate it, too, and
would like any information anyone has on it.

Allison
