SC - Mushrooms! and a recipe (no documentation)

This is a recipe given to me by Genrose of the Incipient shire of Eir Tun

Mushrooms 
Butter
Parmesan cheese grated (Krafts works well)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
clean the mushrooms
carefully remove the stems, save these for other uses.
cut flutes in the mushroom caps, being careful not to cut thru the bottom
generously cover in butter
generously sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
