SC - Emerald Joust

My 7 year old daughter, who was raised in the SCA and will try a bite of 
=anything= even rumored to be edible, would like the recipe for the beige 
colored puree topped with eggs that was served at the Sunday night feast at 
Emerald Joust.  She ate about half the bowl on bread, pronounced it 
"marvelous," and had to be actively discouraged from tracking down the cook 
RIGHT THEN to ask what it was.... anyone out there know the answer?
