SC - Rue - How much is too much?

This has been a very useful and interesting topic.  Certainly, no-one
should ever flame you or anyone else for asking a question.  Rue is in
some foods, but even if it weren't, the fact that it is mentioned so
often in period indicates we should know something of it.  Since there
are dangers associated with it, it is even more important that we find
out about them.  In any good sized feast, I'll bet there's at least one
expectant mother.
