About ten years ago Master Beverly and his Lady visited our lands, bringing
with them film of the first tourneys/events and some of his alcoholic root
beer. They were wonderful company, full of stories. I had no idea we were
in the presence of living history. We remember them as gracious and
friendly people, and the Society is diminished by his passing.
