Marinus has ~$1800 allocated for "event front."  (We're working on
increasing this to $2500.)  This enables us to pay for most, if not all,
event expenses out of the Exchequer before the event.  After the event, the
revenue from the event is turned over to the Exchequer, and the steward and
head cook present the Clerk with any remaining receipts they may have, for
reimbursement.
