Charles,

There are some recipes for flavoured cordial concentrates (period versions
of Cottees) depending of course which time/period you are researching.
Check out Cariadoc's Miscellany, Stefan's Florigium (sp?) or e-mail me
privately for recipes as I have collected most of what has been posted here
in the past few months.
