By the way Adanantius, it might be wellto mention that the smoking is
"cool" smoking as opposed to what most moderns refer to as smoking
nowadays. And yes, corn cobs are frequently used as fuel, as well as
various fragrant woods such as apple or hickory in the home-smoked hams
from the area, as opposed to the commercial hams.
