If the belly is cut open the internal organs will fall out or can be pulled
out. Ideally, the animal is raised (e.g. by rope) by the neck or front feet,
in which case gravity lets the bowels fall out easily. Reaching in and tearing
the diaphram (sp?) will then allow access to the heart/lung/liver. Messy but
very doable. The colon and bladder can be tied and removed as is normal.
