SC - Question-non-cooks

I get doubles of Ras' and a couple of other peoples' messages too, but
not all the time. I wasn't worried about it, but does this mean the list
is getting funky stuff (other than my own funky meanderings) from my
messages? Does anyone know what is causing either or both things?
