SC - Reservations

Just one more short rant on the reservations topic.  Ras mentioned
that the site fee, lunch and (if applicable) breakfast were included
in the off-board numbers, and that plus feast were the on-board fee.

<RANT ON>
Too many autocrats seem to forget that that lunch/breakfast/etc have to
be paid for from somewhere.  The only time I've ever lost money on
an event was when the autocrat budgetted no money for this sideboard
on a really small event, and barely enough to cover the site fee.  The
end result was that my Kitchen came out in the red in order to feed
people lunch.  This has to be budgetted for.  I can make a decent
side board for $1/head, but that needs to be part of the SITE FEE, not
have to be dragged out of the feast budget.  I can't count the number of
events (particularly fighting events) where there were 100 people on site
and 1/2 that many at the feast...

Sorry - touchy subject!

My next feast I am also co-autocrat, so my co-autocrat has been ordered
to budget the sideboard into her site fee.  This should work MUCH better.
