Well, at the risk of becoming soup like the cock that crows too much,
you might want to take a look at some of the files in the FOOD section
of my Stefan's Florilegium. While I was gathering material long before
this mail list arrived, I have added a good part of the recipes and
many of the comments here to my files. I might be able to give better
recommendations if I knew what kind of recipes you were looking for,
