SC - Roasted Garlic - (was for bread-smearing)

I didn't even use a dish.  When I saw the recipe on the Galloping Gourmet, I
just wrapped my head of garlic up in aluminum foil, and put it in the oven.
 Very simple, and astonishingly good.  I like garlic anyway, but I was
surprised at how mellow and flavorful it was.
