SC - Farmer's cheese - OT sorta

	I wonder if "fresh cheese" would work; I've found this product at Mexican
food markets and even if it doesn't work, it tastes great.  On the other
hand, an outlet for obtaining cheeses is the Mars Cheese Factory in
Milwaukee, WI.  (could be listed under Kenosha or Racine directory
assistance.  I can't find my catalog....pooh....)  They have wonderful
things; call for their catalog.
