SC - Needed: Online Recipe Database

I am happy to offer a database which is free and designed for use on the 
web. Except at the moment it is in development - give it a few more weeks 
(It is part of a package for "ensuring the survival" of local indigenous 
language material)

It simply requires that any recipe be given a unique number, and that 
number be listed along with any terms which may be used to search for it. 
It will cope reasonably with about 200 recipes - more would require a bit 
of work to split categorties for searching.

But all the recipes can be straight text files, or mail messages, or 
whatever. (If this is appropriate for Greg Lindahl's site that is fine. 
If not, whatever)
