SC - help please - lost source - stuffed beef rolls

That is Alows de Beef from Two Fifteenth Century cookery books. Online 
you can find this in Cariadoc's miscellany.  It is also either in Pleyn 
Delit or Take a Thousand Eggs, I can't remember which.
