Wow. I'm impressed. That sounds like what feasting is about. So I'm going 
to lean on the catering person at the Tenth Medival conference. Because I 
think we need to accept such a challenge.

At the last conference (They are for Australasian 'metal-weapons' groups 
- - non SCA, as they do other stuff) we had a nice subtlety of a roast pig 
and a roast lamb with (IIRC) birds jousting on top of them. But now I'm 
really inspired.

Needless to say, please advertise the next one.
