Lord Ras,
I, though not a cooking expert by any means, enjoyed reading of your
efforts.  I printed your post to read in more depth later (and I have
every intention of trying my hand at it).  Our Yule celebration is this
weekend, and Thanksgiving, and two young children . . . I applaud your
efforts.
