G. Rilley does very beautiful "artsy" cookbooks, with tasty recipes and
beautiful illustrations by artists of the period and region of the given
cookbook.  But it has been reasonably argued previously on this list that her
"rennaisance" book was not well documented enough to be of any serious use for
research.  I would guess the same for her other books, they are very pretty
and the recipes are accesible.
