Traditionally in Namron, kitchen staff and servers get fed and when I'm
doing the feast and planning the entertainment, so do the entertainers.
For some reason, I've always had good support for my feasts.

If I remember correctly, our sainted Baron Bjorn was the one who started
the tradition of feeding the help.
