Okay, so it's a batter bread. I was thinking it would be a little
stiffer than that.
The recipe outline I gave would work as a batter, but I would only let
it rise about 30 minutes in that case.
Using 2 pounds of flour would give you a soft, elastic loaf. That I
would let rise 1 to 2 hours.
