I have done rosemary/garlic roasted chicken before and had a lot of good
complements.  Add a salat (Renaissance Salad from "To the Queen's
Taste"), bread, dessert (I love the cheesecake from Giacosa's "A Taste
of Ancient Rome".... voila... lunch!
