SC - aspic?

Thank you Adamantius and Tibor for youe wonderful information.  My lord (the
brewer) already has a copy of Sip through Time and at the moment, he
considers it his BEST resource.  Most of the recipes he brews are from
either StT or Digby.

I was mainly interested what ELSE was commonly available for brewing
recipes, and it appears that most cookbooks had the requisite info. 

<LOL> This makes it much easier for me to order new cookbooks ....
