I never had spam or fried balogna, but my mom did put salami in the
quesadillas and jam in the cheese omlettes.  Both of which my husband gives me
strange looks for making.

(salami and chz roll-ups are end of the month scrimp to next paycheck things,
but jam omlettes are wonderful comfort food, homemade plum is best)
