True, but there's a long way (when we're lucky) between 
responsible-for-seeing-it-done and responsible for doing it.

My household, Drunken Badger, cooks feasts sometimes for the local barony 
(Storvik, in Atlantia).  We do our best to clean as we go, because none of 
us like working in a mess, and we're lucky enough to have another 
household, Blackspear, that frequently takes over at the tail end of the 
evening and does the kitchen cleaning for us.  They're great with mops and 
brooms and wipes and other implements of destruction<g> and it's really 
nice not to have to deal with that after spending the day cooking.  Plus, 
with their company the party is =in= the kitchen, so we aren't missing 
anything!
