The answer "no" would be only a slight exaggeration, unfortunately.

_Domostroi_ is a Russian household manual most of which dates from late in
our period, with some additions probably post 1600. A translation was
published a few years ago by Cornell University Press. It contains a few
recipes, including one that we have managed to work out successfully, but
only a very few. To the best of my knowledge and belief, that is it for
period Russian recipes, at least so far. I do not know of the existence of
any period Ukrainian cookbooks.
