As I posted, I am classically french trained, which means most of the
recipes can be dated to 17, 1800s. I happen to love white beans, and eat
them frequently. I suppose it might be interesting with cecis, and
probably was favas in period, but it is a comfort food, and the only
complaint I ever got from a guest was thet she was vegetarian and still
wanted to eat it...lol
