SC - head cook vs. feastocrat

Very nice posting as always Master Adamantius. Very informative. 

After the first bout of debate on this issue. (Does history ALWAYS repeat
itself?) I'd basically settled on "Head Cook" even though I didn't care
too much for it. I like "Chef de Cuisine" personally.
