I would be very cautious about his claim to be selling CULTIVATED truffles.
It was my understanding that attempts at seeding truufles had so far been
entirely unsuccessful. I also gather that you don't feel that his price is a
bit elevated for CULTIVATED, DOMESTIC truffles when hand-gathered wild
European truffles can be bought for up to a three-quarters of that price?
