Thought you might be interested  in this hint to prevent soggy tart 
crusts.  Coat the bottom of the crust with either melted chocolate or 
warmed (to liquify) jelly, such as apple or currant (these flavors 
blend well with most fruit flavors).  A thin coat works well.  Allow 
the coating to solidify before filling.
