Same as other chickens. There are breeds of chickens that lay green eggs,
blue (lavender) eggs, white eggs, brown eggs and speckled eggs respectively.
Some of the brown layers lay tan eggs and some other colors such as deep
chestnut brown. What a hoot! :-)
