I did a little preliminary serching on sauerkraut and it appears as if a more
detailed study is in the offing. :-) By the way, Steffan I suspect your bad
experience with sauerkraut was the result of unrinsed kraut being prepared
poorly. Bet you'd like it if it were done correctly. :-)
