After 300 messages, I am here. My wife and I spent a long weekend on a
flying road trip to Denver to attend a niece's wedding, and I am way
behind.

I have the recipe for Persian Mint drink somewhere in my pile of notes,
but it will probably be faster to call on someone who makes it. The
stuff is too sweet for my tastes. It is basically sugar, water and mint
(possibly with a little vinegar to assist in the extraction) cooked down
to a syrup and thinned with large quantities of water. I'll see if I
can get the recipe and post it.
