Bear in mind that at the time, the concept of "Twelfth Night: The
Souvenir Documentation", or whatever you want to call it, was still not
a widespread custom in the East, as of that time, so many people thought
such a thing would be of interest to other cooks, but not to the general
public. Also, I was more or less given a week to produce this, in
addition to the other stuff I had to do in connecton with the feast. Add
to that the fact that the whole thing could have been construed (and
was, to some extent) as being purely politically motivated, I was more
or less made to feel like the steak in the butcher shop window. I
resolved that if I had to do it this way, I was going to do it my way.

As it happens, one of my judgement calls, explained in advance in the
documentation, was rather severely questioned, and more or less got me
into some trouble, which is, I believe, how we got onto this topic in
the first place ; ) .

Always be glad to have you, or anyone else from this list. Nowadays I
almost always produce a pamphlet, too.
