Interesting. And that reminds me of the herb wine article in an issue of
Herb Companion a few years back. It's the same basic idea--steep the herb/s
of your choice into a strong tea, add sugar, and proceed as if you were using
the more usual grape juice. I keep meaning to try it, but just don't have the
space yet.........
