Laurene,
It is possible to make cheese with homogenized milk - in fact, I've done
it myself (however the book for that particular experiment is back at the
library, if anyone wants the recipe I'll go find it again) If your still
uncertain with using homogenized milk, why don't you try the yellow pages
for a local dairy/goat/sheep farm? (or if you're really desperate, you
could always buy a cow/goat/sheep for a pet ;})
