That's 'cause I got the last one. <<evil grin>> There was a used version
selling for $25.00. Mine was $35.00 new, hard-bound. There was also a
soft-bound version that didn't look as if it would stand up to much use.

Gee, I wish I'd checked Amazon.com before I left!
