Thanks for the suggestions. I am doing the meat courses. The theme is game. I
have a whole deer and the hind quarters of a 500 lb, bear donated so far.
Valerio is doing the side dishes so I will pass your suggestions on to him as
well as to Viscoutess Judith, who is in charge of desserts.
