I have managed to get myself banished (bounced) from the sca-cooks list and I
am not sure how to get back on.  I have looked for the subscribe information
and I know it is locked up in this computer somewhere.
If some kind soul would send me the information, I would like to get back in
the kitchen with all you wonderful people
