  Let me see...western? China is west of Japan so Japanese SCA people should
  recreate Medieval Chinese. America is west of Europe so Europeans should
  recreate Native American or Aztec. The Middle East is west of India so the
  people of India should recreate Middle Eastern.....etc. besides methinks you
  forgot the part about 'and the cultures they came in contact with'. :-)

There is no part about "cultures they came in contact with".  If there were,
that would only eliminate the South Pole and the North Pole.  Haven't you
heard of the age of exploration?

The darned globe is round, Ras.  Everything is west of something.  Except
Virginia.  (:-)
