Suggested from a gentleman here at work:

Take a chicken and slow roast it, braising it near the end with butter and then honey to give it a nice golden (blonde) color.  Then, stand it on end and present it with a spear through the middle. 

Then you have a tall (served standing on end), blonde (golden color), Viking chicken with a spear!!
