Here's that recipe for Linzer Torte, which looks great but is OOP.  
This recipe is industrial.  It make 4 Linzer Tortes.
                   
                               Linzer Torte
Recipe By     : CIA, The New Professional Chef

   1 1/2  pounds        butter
  18      ounces        sugar
   4 1/2  ounces        egg
     1/2  teaspoon      vanilla
  30      ounces        cake flour
     1/2  ounce         cinnamon
   4      ounces        cake crumbs, fine
     1/2  ounce         baking powder
  12      ounces        hazelnuts, ground, toasted
                              raspberry jam
WARNING:  This recipe makes 4 10 inch tortes or 275 small cookies.
WARNING
Cream butter and sugar together.
Add eggs and vanilla.  Mix.
Sift flour, cinnamon, and baking powder together.  Add to creamed
mixture and incorporate.
Blend in hazelnuts and cake crumbs.
Chill dough.
Roll out on floured board and cut to desired shape.
For Linzer Torte:
Line a tart pan.
Fill with raspberry jam.
Top with additional dough shaped into a lattice.
Glaze with egg wash.
Linzer Cookies:
Cut into cookie rounds.
Brush egg wash on the rims.
Fill center with a little raspberry jam.
Top with a ring of dough.
Glaze with egg wash.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until
light golden brown.
