As I said once, many years ago, to a similar accusation: we should be
flattered to think that we are organized enough to put together a bann, but
we just aren't. (:-)  Thanks for the compliment.

Frankly, I didn't know, and didn't find the question terribly interesting to
me.  I let a lot of traffic slide by when I don't find it interesting: I get
about 500 pieces of mail a day.  I figured the answer was in Joy of Cooking,
or whatever cookbook was to hand, if only you looked.

And, to be controversial, petulance doesn't win any points.  For some
people, I might make extraordinary efforts. But not everyone.
