SC - Stargate Cooking competition

I'm sorry to take up bandwidth but could somebody please send me the rules and info
about the cooking competition at Stargate's 25th next weekend?

You may just send me private email but I would like to know what we should bring,
any meat, veggies, etc... and a more detailed account of the rules.
