What are the legal ramifications, if any, of using recipes found on this
list, or in the Miscellany, to prepare food for a non-SCA, paid cooking
job? Is it ok to do it at all? What if someone asks for the recipe?
No problem. It's copying and selling copies of recipes, and recipes
themselves are a very special topic in IP law. One or two at a time should
be OK to give away.
If there is serious money involved, or you are planning on publishing the
recipes, check with the SCA's IP lawyer: Morgan (hablutzel at compuserve.com)
Tibor (amateur intellectual property geek, but OK at it)
