Well, the first part is failry easy.  Boil hares in some sort of broth that
you think is good.  Cool the broth, and (wash?) the flesh (why?).  I assume
that (cast a3eyn togydre) means put the meat and broth back together again.
 Oh, maybe you need to wash some cooked blood or something off the meat and
then put the meat back in  the broth again.  I can't get the "Take obleys
o6er wafrouns" bit at all, but obviously you are using something else in
place of loseyns.  Whatever the substitute ingredient is, you lay it in a
dish, put sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg on it, salt the broth and meat and pour
it on top of the pasta, and serve it that way.
It sounds like a hare soup (waiter, there's a hare in my soup!) poured over
noodles, so, hare noodle soup.
